Virgin Trains name train to commemorate 50 years of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. Serving Fusiliers and veterans were welcomed on board before it then made its journey North to Newcastle for an official welcome ceremony, with customers treated to some tunes from the Band of the Fusiliers as the train headed north.
